"Ordering"
LaptopLapDesk.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our check out system uses secure encryption so your personal data and credit card information will be transmitted securely.
(We will not ship to New York State.)

"Shipping"
We immediately process your order upon reciept and strive to have your order shipped the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your laptop lap desk has been shipped.

"Return Policy"
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our success depends on repeat customers and referrals. Should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know why you wish to return an order. We will issue you a "Return Ticket Number." Please note that returns without an authorized "Return Ticket Number" will not be honored.

"Conditions"
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Laptop Lap Desks which are returned and determined not to be in original condition are available to be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • All accepted returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the items to us.
  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
  • We honor cancelled orders that have not been processed. We will issue a full refund less a $2.00 processing fee for all cancelled orders.
